Ed Hastings is a former professional basketball player known for his exceptional skills as a shooting guard. Born on November 15, 1985, in Chicago, Illinois, Hastings attended the University of North Carolina, where he played for the Tar Heels from 2004 to 2008. During his collegiate career, he was instrumental in leading the team to a national championship in 2005 and earned All-American honors in his senior year.
