Ed Meador, born on August 10, 1937, in the United States, was a prominent professional American football player known for his exceptional skills as a defensive back. After playing college football at the University of Southern California, he was selected in the third round of the 1959 NFL Draft by the Los Angeles Rams. Throughout his career, Meador became renowned for his ability to intercept passes and was a key contributor to the Rams' defensive lineup.
