Eddie Erdelatz, born on April 21, 1913, was an American football player and coach known for his contributions to the National Football League (NFL) during the mid-20th century. A standout athlete at the University of San Francisco, he earned recognition for his performance as a tackle and was later drafted by the Washington Redskins in 1937. Erdelatz played professional football for several teams, including the Boston Redskins and the San Francisco 49ers, becoming well-regarded for his skills on the field.
