Born on April 15, 1995, in Seattle, Washington, Hanley gained recognition during her high school career at Lincoln High School, where she led her team to a state championship and earned all-state honors. She subsequently played college basketball at the University of Oregon, where she set multiple records and was named to the All-Pac-12 Conference team for three consecutive years.
Throughout her professional career, Hanley played for several teams in the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) and various international leagues.
