Eric Scanlan is a former professional basketball player known for his outstanding performance in the collegiate and semi-professional ranks. Born on March 12, 1990, in Chicago, Illinois, he played college basketball at the University of Illinois, where he was a standout guard and a key player on the Fighting Illini team that reached the NCAA Tournament's Sweet 16 in 2011.
