Erik Williams, born on September 7, 1968, in Hays, Kansas, is a former professional American football offensive tackle renowned for his contributions to the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Central State University, where he earned recognition for his skills and athleticism, leading to his selection in the 1991 NFL Draft. Williams was picked by the Dallas Cowboys, where he established himself as a formidable presence on the offensive line.
