Ernest Vaughan is a former professional American football player who played as a defensive tackle in the National Football League (NFL). Born on March 10, 1985, in Atlanta, Georgia, he attended the University of Georgia, where he excelled on the Bulldogs’ football team. Known for his remarkable agility and strength, Vaughan earned All-SEC honors during his collegiate career, which set the stage for his entry into the NFL.
Vaughan was selected in the third round of the 2007 NFL Draft by the San Francisco 49ers.
