Fair Hooker, born on May 22, 1947, in Cleveland, Ohio, is a former professional American football player who gained recognition as a wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at the University of Michigan, where he earned All-American honors and showcased his exceptional athletic abilities. Hooker was selected by the Cleveland Browns in the seventeenth round of the 1970 NFL Draft.
