Francesco Damiani, born on October 4, 1958, in L'Aquila, Italy, is a former professional boxer who competed in the heavyweight division. He gained notable recognition for his amateur career, most prominently winning a silver medal at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles. Damiani turned professional shortly after his Olympic success, making his debut in 1985.
Throughout his professional career, which lasted until 1993, Damiani achieved significant accolades and made a mark on the heavyweight boxing scene.
