Biography
Franco Comotti (July 24, 1906 – August 11, 1981) was an Italian racing driver who made his mark in the early years of Formula 1. Born in Milan, Comotti began his motorsport career in the 1920s, initially competing in various national events before advancing to international races. His entry into Formula 1 came during its inaugural season in 1950, where he drove for the Maserati team.
Comotti's career in Formula 1 was notable for his participation in several Grand Prix events, although he did not achieve significant podium finishes.
