Frank Rourke (born July 12, 1985) is a former professional basketball player from the United States, renowned for his skills as a guard. He played college basketball at the University of North Carolina, where he was instrumental in leading the team to the NCAA Championship in 2008. In 2009, Rourke was selected in the second round of the NBA Draft by the San Antonio Spurs.
