Frank Slade (29 June 1915 – 21 December 1994) was an Australian rules footballer notable for his tenure with the South Melbourne Football Club in the Victorian Football League (VFL). A talented wingman, Slade made his debut in 1934 and quickly became known for his exceptional speed and skill on the field. He played a total of 114 games for South Melbourne and was a key player during the club’s competitive years in the late 1930s.

Slade’s most significant achievement came in 1935 when he was part of the South Melbourne team that reached the VFL Grand Final.
