Franklin Stephenson is a former professional American football player who played as a defensive end in the National Football League (NFL) from 1996 to 2008. Born on January 15, 1973, in Nashville, Tennessee, he attended the University of Tennessee, where he was a standout player for the Volunteers. After a successful college career, he was selected in the second round of the 1996 NFL Draft by the Green Bay Packers.
