Fred Benjamin (born January 12, 1985) is a retired professional basketball athlete known for his exceptional skills as a shooting guard. He was a standout player at the University of North Carolina, where he earned All-American honors and helped lead the Tar Heels to an NCAA Championship in 2006. After college, he was selected in the second round of the NBA Draft by the Chicago Bulls.

During his six-season tenure in the NBA, Benjamin played for the Chicago Bulls, the Miami Heat, and the Portland Trail Blazers.
