Gary Clark, born on May 1, 1962, in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, is a former professional American football wide receiver renowned for his contributions to the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at the University of Houston, where he was recognized for his exceptional speed and receiving ability. Clark was selected by the Washington Redskins in the eighth round of the 1985 NFL Draft.
During his NFL career, which spanned from 1985 to 1999, Clark primarily played with the Washington Redskins and the New York Jets.
