Gavin Rae, born on November 28, 1977, in Glasgow, Scotland, is a retired professional footballer who predominantly played as a midfielder. He began his career in the youth ranks of Rangers FC, where he made his senior debut in 1995. Rae's early years saw him develop into a promising talent, leading to loan spells at various clubs, including St. Johnstone, where he gained valuable first-team experience.
In 2000, Rae signed with Dundee FC, establishing himself as a key player and contributing significantly to their successes during his tenure.
