Gene Ronzani was an American professional football player, born on March 28, 1909. He played as a running back and was known for his outstanding athletic abilities during his college years at the University of Notre Dame, where he was a member of the Fighting Irish football team under the legendary coach Knute Rockne. Ronzani joined the National Football League (NFL) after college, being drafted by the Chicago Bears in 1932, where he played a pivotal role on the team during his tenure.
