Gerald Riggs, Jr. was born on September 28, 1983, in the United States. He is known for his career as a professional American football running back, having played in the National Football League (NFL) for several seasons. Riggs emerged from a notable collegiate career at the University of Tennessee, where he displayed exceptional skills and earned All-SEC honors.
Riggs was selected in the third round of the 2004 NFL Draft by the Atlanta Falcons. During his tenure with the Falcons, he contributed significantly to the team’s offensive strategy, particularly in the running game, and became known for his powerful running style and ability to find the end zone. His most productive season came in 2005 when he amassed over 1,000 rushing yards, contributing to the Falcons' playoff run.
