Grant Wistrom, born on July 3, 1976, in Saint Louis, Missouri, is a former professional American football player who played as a defensive end in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at the University of Nebraska, where he was a standout player and contributed significantly to the Cornhuskers' national championship teams in 1994 and 1995.
