Gul Mohammad (15 October 1921 – 4 June 1998) was an Indian cricketer known for his contributions as a right-handed batsman and occasional right-arm off-break bowler. He made his first-class debut in 1939, showcasing his talent in domestic cricket before being selected for the national team. Gul Mohammad's Test career spanned from 1947 to 1952, during which he played a total of 5 matches and scored 176 runs.
One of the notable highlights of Gul Mohammad's career was his participation in India's first-ever Test series against Australia in 1947-48, where he made significant contributions despite the team's overall struggles. His most memorable innings came against the Australians at the Bombay Gymkhana Ground, where he scored a resilient 66 runs.
