Harvey Davis, born on March 4, 1953, was an Australian rules footballer who played in the Australian Football League (AFL) primarily for the Richmond Football Club. Over his 12-year career in the league, he played a total of 220 games and scored 85 goals.

Davis was instrumental in Richmond's success during the 1970s, contributing to the team's premiership victories in 1973 and 1974.
