Haven Moses, born on July 27, 1946, in Los Angeles, California, is a former American football wide receiver known for his impactful career in the National Football League (NFL). After playing college football at San Diego State University, Moses was drafted by the Buffalo Bills in the first round of the 1968 NFL Draft. He quickly established himself as a key player, noted for his exceptional speed and route-running ability.
Throughout his career, Moses played primarily for the Buffalo Bills, and later, the Denver Broncos, from 1968 to 1980. He was a key contributor to the Bills' offense, helping the team reach the playoffs in the early 1970s, and was recognized for his deep receiving threats. One of his career highlights includes being part of the Broncos' roster during their transition into a competitive team in the late 1970s.
Moses retired with 7,703 receiving yards and 39 touchdowns, leaving a significant mark on the franchises he played for.
