Herman Jenkins (born February 14, 1985) is a retired professional basketball player known for his exceptional skills as a shooting guard. He played college basketball at the University of North Carolina, where he was a standout performer, leading his team to the NCAA Tournament in 2006 and earning All-ACC honors. After declaring for the NBA Draft, Jenkins was selected in the second round, 47th overall, by the New York Knicks in 2007.
During his seven-year professional career, Jenkins played for several teams in both the NBA and overseas, including the Miami Heat and the European League clubs in Spain and Italy. He was known for his sharp shooting ability, averaging 15.4 points per game during his peak season in 2011.
