Hisae Ubukawa is a retired Japanese tennis player, known for her contributions to the sport during the late 1980s and early 1990s. Born on June 24, 1967, in Toshima, Tokyo, she began playing tennis at a young age and quickly rose through the junior ranks. Ubukawa gained prominence on the professional circuit, most notably reaching the fourth round of the Australian Open in 1984.
