Holly Warlick, born on June 11, 1958, in Knoxville, Tennessee, is a former American basketball player and coach. She had a standout collegiate career at the University of Tennessee from 1976 to 1980, where she played as a point guard and was part of the Lady Volunteers’ inaugural NCAA Championship winning team in 1987. Warlick's leadership on the court and her ability to direct the flow of the game garnered her an All-American selection in her senior year.
Following her playing career, Warlick transitioned to coaching, serving as an assistant coach under renowned head coach Pat Summitt at the University of Tennessee. Throughout her coaching tenure, she helped guide the Lady Vols to multiple SEC titles and NCAA championships, cementing her legacy within one of women's basketball's most prestigious programs. In 2012, she was named head coach of the Tennessee Lady Volunteers, a position she held until 2019, further contributing to the program's rich history.
