Howard Harper is a former professional basketball player known for his dynamic playing style and significant contributions to the sport during the late 1990s and early 2000s. Born on March 15, 1975, in Chicago, Illinois, Harper excelled in high school basketball, earning a scholarship to play at the University of North Carolina.
