Howard Manly is a former professional basketball player known for his versatility as a guard. Born on January 15, 1975, in Atlanta, Georgia, Manly gained prominence during his collegiate career at the University of Georgia, where he was a standout player and earned All-SEC honors. After declaring for the NBA Draft, he was selected in the second round by the Philadelphia 76ers in 1997.
