Hunter Hernandez is a professional basketball player known for his athleticism and versatility on the court. Born on March 15, 1995, in Los Angeles, California, Hernandez quickly gained attention during his high school career at Westchester High, where he led his team to the California State Championship and was named a McDonald's All-American. He went on to play college basketball at the University of Kentucky, where he was instrumental in leading the Wildcats to the NCAA tournament Sweet 16 in 2016 and earned consensus All-American honors in 2017.
Following his successful college career, Hernandez was selected 12th overall in the 2017 NBA Draft by the Miami Heat.
