Ian Watson is a retired professional ice hockey player from Canada, born on July 14, 1981, in Kingston, Ontario. A forward, he began his junior career with the Kingston Frontenacs in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL), where he gained recognition for his scoring ability and playmaking skills. Watson was selected in the 5th round, 150th overall, by the New Jersey Devils in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft.
