Ijaz Faqih (born March 24, 1956) is a former cricketer from Pakistan who played as a right-handed batsman and occasional right-arm fast bowler. His international career spanned from 1981 to 1983, during which he represented Pakistan in 11 One Day Internationals (ODIs). Faqih made his debut against Sri Lanka on August 31, 1981, and contributed to the early development of Pakistan's limited-overs team.

During his tenure, Faqih was part of the squad that participated in the inaugural 1983 Cricket World Cup, where Pakistan reached the group stage.
