Irina-Camelia Begu, born on August 26, 1990, in Bucharest, Romania, is a professional tennis player known for her competitive spirit and versatility on various court surfaces. Begu turned professional in 2008 and quickly made her mark in the sport, achieving a career-high singles ranking of World No. 22 in May 2016. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated her skill in both singles and doubles competitions.
