Irwin Lowenthal (born July 15, 1985) is a retired American professional basketball player, known for his exceptional skills as a shooting guard. He played college basketball at the University of North Carolina, where he was a key member of the team that won the NCAA Championship in 2006. Lowenthal was recognized for his sharp shooting and defensive prowess, earning All-Conference honors during his collegiate career.
Following his college success, Lowenthal was selected in the second round of the 2007 NBA Draft by the San Antonio Spurs.
