J. J. Daigneault, born on October 12, 1965, in Canada, is a former professional ice hockey player who enjoyed a successful career primarily as a defenseman. He was selected in the fifth round, 88th overall, by the Montreal Canadiens in the 1983 NHL Entry Draft.
