Jack Larned is a former professional basketball player known for his contributions to the sport during the late 20th century. Born on February 14, 1965, in Springfield, Massachusetts, Larned displayed exceptional talent at an early age, leading his high school team to a state championship. He went on to play college basketball at the University of Massachusetts, where he earned All-Conference honors and helped propel the team to several NCAA tournament appearances.
After graduating, Larned entered the NBA Draft and was selected in the second round of the 1987 draft by the Philadelphia 76ers.
