Jean-Baptiste Rue, born on July 6, 1974, in France, is a former Rugby Union athlete renowned for his contributions to the sport during the late 1990s and early 2000s. Primarily positioned as a scrum-half, Rue was known for his exceptional tactical awareness and agile play, which enabled him to play a pivotal role on both club and international stages.
