Jean-Guy Gendron, born on August 30, 1934, in Thurso, Quebec, was a prominent Canadian ice hockey player recognized for his skill and versatility on the ice. After a successful junior career, he made his professional debut in the National Hockey League (NHL) in the 1953-54 season with the New York Rangers.
