Jeff Farkas, born on January 24, 1978, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, is a former professional ice hockey player known for his agility and scoring ability. He played as a forward and had a successful collegiate career at Boston College, where he was a prominent member of the Eagles from 1996 to 2000, helping the team reach the NCAA tournament during his tenure.
Farkas was selected in the 7th round of the 1996 NHL Entry Draft by the New York Islanders. He made his professional debut in the American Hockey League (AHL) with the Portland Pirates, where he gained recognition for his offensive talents.
