Jeff Hackett, born on June 1, 1968, in Kingston, Ontario, Canada, is a retired professional ice hockey goaltender known for his impressive career in the National Hockey League (NHL). Drafted by the Montreal Canadiens in the third round of the 1986 NHL Entry Draft, Hackett made his NHL debut with the team during the 1991-1992 season. He also played for several teams throughout his career, including the San Jose Sharks, Chicago Blackhawks, and the Florida Panthers.
