Jeff Jillson, born on July 24, 1980, in Lansing, Michigan, is a retired American professional ice hockey defenseman. He was selected 14th overall by the San Jose Sharks in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft, marking the beginning of a notable career in the National Hockey League (NHL). Jillson played for various teams, including the San Jose Sharks, the Buffalo Sabres, and the New Jersey Devils, and had a significant collegiate career at the University of Michigan, where he was part of the team that won the NCAA championship in 1998.
