Jeff Ulmer, born on April 27, 1977, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, is a former professional ice hockey player known for his contributions to the sport during the late 1990s and early 2000s. A talented forward, Ulmer was drafted by the New Jersey Devils in the 5th round of the 1995 NHL Entry Draft, 138th overall. He played junior hockey with the Lethbridge Hurricanes in the Western Hockey League (WHL), where he showcased his offensive skills and leadership abilities.
