Biography
Jennifer King (born August 6, 1984) is an American football coach and former professional athlete, notable for her role in advancing women in the National Football League (NFL). After a diverse sporting career that included stints in college basketball and a successful tenure in women's tackle football, she emerged as a significant figure within the NFL community. King made history in 2020 by becoming the first Black woman to be a full-time coaching assistant in the NFL when she joined the Washington Football Team.
During her playing career, King competed in various leagues, including the Women's Football Alliance, where she demonstrated exceptional skill as a wide receiver and running back.
