Jeremiah Trotter, born on January 20, 1977, in Sixty Six, Arkansas, is a former professional American football linebacker who had a distinguished career in the National Football League (NFL). He played for the Philadelphia Eagles, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and the Washington Football Team, establishing himself as one of the premier defensive players of his era. Trotter was celebrated for his tackling ability, football intelligence, and leadership on the field.
Trotter was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the third round of the 1998 NFL Draft and quickly became a cornerstone of the team's defense.
