Jeremy Toljan is a German professional footballer born on August 8, 1994, in Nürnberg, Germany. Primarily a right-back, Toljan began his career in the youth systems of local clubs before joining the youth academy of TSG 1899 Hoffenheim. He made his professional debut for Hoffenheim in the Bundesliga during the 2013-14 season.
