Jerry Engele, born on November 26, 1950, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, is a former Canadian ice hockey player known for his tenure as a right winger in the professional leagues. Engele began his career in the Western Canada Junior Hockey League where he showcased his scoring ability and physical style of play, eventually leading to his selection in the NHL Draft. He was chosen 77th overall by the Chicago Black Hawks in 1970, marking the start of a brief but impactful professional career.
