Jiří Vaněk, born on April 24, 1978, in the Czech Republic, is a retired professional tennis player known for his contributions to the sport during the late 1990s and early 2000s. Turning pro in 1993, he achieved a career-high singles ranking of No. 39 in January 2003 and reached the fourth round of the French Open in 2002, marking his most significant Grand Slam performance.
