Jim Duncan (May 2, 1924 – October 4, 2005) was an American football player who made significant contributions as a defensive back in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at the University of Iowa, where he established himself as a standout athlete, earning All-Big Ten honors. Duncan was selected in the 1946 NFL Draft by the New York Giants, marking the beginning of his professional career.
