Jim Johannson (born March 10, 1964) was an American ice hockey player known for his contributions to the sport both as an athlete and later as an executive. He played the bulk of his collegiate career with the University of Wisconsin, where he was a key member of the team that won the NCAA Championship in 1983. Johannson was subsequently selected by the New York Rangers in the 1982 NHL Entry Draft, marking the beginning of his professional career.
Johannson had a successful tenure in professional hockey, playing for various teams in the American Hockey League (AHL) and the International Hockey League (IHL).
