Biography
Jim Keane (January 11, 1924 – August 15, 2002) was an American football offensive lineman who played in the National Football League (NFL) during the mid-20th century. Born in Chicago, Illinois, he attended the University of Notre Dame, where he gained recognition for his excellent blocking skills and tenacious play. Keane was drafted in the fifth round of the 1945 NFL Draft by the Chicago Bears, with whom he began his professional career.
Throughout his NFL career, which spanned from 1945 to 1951, Keane played for the Chicago Bears and the Los Angeles Rams.
