Jim Knowles (born April 16, 1965) is a former professional American football cornerback known for his tenacious defensive play in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at the University of Oklahoma, where he was a standout player and earned All-American honors. After going undrafted in 1987, Knowles signed with the New England Patriots, beginning his NFL career.
Knowles played a total of six seasons in the NFL, with notable stints at the New England Patriots and the Cincinnati Bengals.
