Jimmy Raye II, born on March 26, 1946, in Tallulah, Louisiana, is a former professional American football player known for his impactful career as a wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL). After showcasing his talent at Michigan State University, Raye was selected in the 11th round of the 1969 NFL Draft by the San Diego Chargers. Over the course of his playing career, he also played for the Kansas City Chiefs and the Los Angeles Rams.
